Senior Ads Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Ads Specialist who can take full ownership of paid advertising campaigns from strategy to execution.
If you're someone who understands the full funnel, knows how to build high-converting creatives, write persuasive copy, launch and optimize Meta - Google and TikTok Ads, and report on results like a boss — we want you.
You’ll be in charge of everything performance-related. From client strategy calls to building campaigns that actually drive results.
Responsibilities
+Develop paid media strategies tailored to each client (Meta, Google, TikTok).
+Create ad creatives (ideation, scripting, direction) and work with designers/editors.
+Write engaging ad copy that converts.
+Build and manage campaigns: from setup to optimization.
+Analyze performance and prepare clear reports.
+Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and offers.
+Stay updated with platform changes and performance marketing trends.
+Communicate with clients during onboarding and campaign reviews.
+Weekly client performance reviews.
+Monthly client creative reviews.
Requirements
+2+ years managing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads is a must).
+Experience with full-funnel strategy and CRO best practices.
+Strong copywriting and creative direction skills.
+Facebook Ads campaign structuring, audience segmentation, and creative strategy.
+Able to read data and make smart optimization decisions.
+In-depth knowledge of optimizing ads and troubleshooting errors.
+Experience with Marketing and AI Tools.
+Fluent in English and French.
+Hands-on experience with Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms demonstrating a solid understanding.
+Proficient in utilizing UTMs for effective tracking and analysis.
+Comprehensive understanding of tracking mechanisms.
+Ability to manipulate and customize reporting to meet specific client needs.
+Basic foundational experience in Google Sheets.
