Performance marketing agency based in Tunis. We run ads, produce content, and build full-funnel strategies that drive real growth — for brands in Tunisia and beyond. Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, ManyChat, Content Production. We move fast, we take ownership, and we deliver results.
Real experience, fast: You won't be stuck doing one thing. You'll run ad campaigns, talk to clients, analyze data, and brief creative teams — all in your first month. Most agencies make you wait years for this kind of exposure. We don't.
A portfolio that actually means something: Multiple clients across e-commerce, health, automotive, fintech, and lifestyle. You'll work across industries, not just one niche. By month three, you'll have managed more accounts than most people do in two years.
Growth with no ceiling: Top performers move into Head of Growth or Pod Leader roles within 6–12 months. We promote based on results, not seniority.
Compensation: 2,000–4,000 DT/month + performance bonus. Based on Results, Experience and what you show us in the interview.

You're the owner of your client portfolio. You manage the relationship, run the ads, set up the tracking, brief the creative team, and report on performance. You don't wait to be told what to do — you see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
Client Management
• You're the main point of contact for your clients — not the founder, not someone else. You.
• Weekly check-ins, proactive updates, fast responses on WhatsApp.
• Onboarding new clients, setting expectations, managing deliverables.
• Flagging at-risk clients early and fixing the problem before it escalates.
Ads & Performance
• Setting up, launching, and optimizing campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Audience strategy: TOF / MOF / BOF segmentation, lookalikes, retargeting.
• Daily account checks: budget pacing, delivery issues, anomaly detection.
• Running creative tests, documenting what works, killing what doesn't.
• Making decisions based on data, not guesses.
Tracking & Reporting
• Pixel setup, CAPI, Events Manager, GA4, GTM, UTMs.
• Weekly performance reports with actual insights and next steps — not just numbers.
• Keeping dashboards and sheets updated without being asked.
Creative Direction
• Writing clear briefs for designers and videographers before every project.
• Proposing new hooks, angles, and concepts based on what's performing.
• Knowing why an ad works, not just that it works.
Tools You'll Use
• Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• GoHighLevel (CRM, funnels, automations).
• ClickUp (project management).
• ManyChat (chatbots).
• GA4, Google Tag Manager.
• Google Sheets, reporting extensions.
Must have:
• 2+ years hands-on experience running Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Experience managing client relationships — agency or freelance, not just in-house.
• Tracking knowledge: Pixel, CAPI, GA4, UTMs at minimum.
• You can read data and make decisions, not just press buttons.
• Organized: naming conventions, documentation, deadlines — nothing falls through.
• Autonomous. You don't wait to be told. You anticipate.
Big plus:
• Experience with GoHighLevel, ManyChat and Shopify.
• TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience.
• Can write ad hooks and video scripts.
• Experience with reporting automation (Supermetrics, Meta-to-Sheets extensions).
First 30 days: You shadow the founder, learn our SOPs, get trained on our tools and standards, and take on your first 5–7 clients with direct mentoring.
After 30 days: You own 10–15 clients independently. Strategy, execution, communication, reporting — it's yours.
Top performers: Move into leadership. You'll manage junior buyers, contribute to agency strategy, and help shape new services.
